How Not To Look Like A Festival Cliche

Door Emi Baldwin - Thursday 20 August 2015 | 10:56

Alternative title: How not to look like a festival cliché, a Coachella reject or like your of to a plastic garland fancy dress party.

There are three main options here ladies; The first, go for the extreme. The second, keep it classy and the third, look like you fell into a bush made of plastic flowers.

DON’T WEAR

1. Ditch the flower head-band ESPECIALLY if it is made from plastic.

2. Denim shorts with half your derriere hanging out isn’t the best look, you know it, we know it, so why does it happen. Keep it classy, the only cheeks that should be on show are the ones on your face. By all means, be cheeky, but in the right way 😉

3. Consider NOT wearing fringe. You are not at Woodstock and there is such a thing as over doing it.

The short shorts and fringe have been done and in some cases done very well, but it’s time to move on…

Long days. Light denim. #regram @emitaz

DO WEAR 4. All white, it’s fresh, on-trend, you will look like a goddess and that’s good. 5. Laces. Wrap ’em up Roman style. 6. S E Q U I N S – on your shoes, on your jacket,  on your bag…just somehow, it must be done! Take a little inspiration from these ladies…
